Our Avvoltore Grappa is obtained by distilling the post-fermented grape skins which were selected for the Avvoltore wine, followed by an 18-month aging period in oak barrels.
Bouquet: complex, delicate, enveloping and with great personality. Among the multiple sensations that we can experience when drinking it, the ones that stand out most are hints of maraschino cherry, small berries, chocolate and vanilla.
Taste: Rich, enveloping and delicate with great harmony and persistence.
Aged in Tronçais d’Allier oak barrels, 225 lt. Capacity Aging period: 18 months in oak barrels
