Cancelloni: Il Mandriolo

Cancelloni is a DUPLEX farmhouse consisting of one upper and one lower apartment, a large fenced garden, outdoor grill, and shared swimming pool.  There is also a free launderette at the guests' disposal. Cancelloni can be rented out  by individual apartment or as the entire farmhouse upon request.

"Il Mandriolo" is the upstairs apartment with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, and a large furnished terrace.

Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. 

The pool is cleaned and checked daily by our staff. 

Guests are received by our staff and given all instructions regarding the apartment and keys. For any other needs after arrival we are always available during your stay. 

LOCATION:

It is necessary to have a car to reach Cancelloni.  Located on a 1,000 acre wine estate, guests are able to walk or cycle in the shade of the farm's cypress tree-lined roads. On the property is the Morisfarms winery, cantina, and wine shop.  Guided tastings are available by reservation. The estate is located in the heart of Maremma just 9 km from the Bay of ​​Follonica, near the beaches of Punta Ala and Cala Violina and the art cities of Massa Marittima, Volterra, Siena. 

There are supermarkets in Scarlino (2 km) and Follonica (9 km).

Golf courses nearby are Pelegone and Punta Ala.
