Like the wine from which it is made, this is a grappa with soft hints of underwood and fresh flowers.
GRAPPA DI AVVOLTORE
Our Avvoltore Grappa is obtained by distilling the post-fermented grape skins which were selected for the Avvoltore wine, followed by an 18-month aging period in oak barrels.
GRAPPA VV MORISFARMS
Both floral and mature, this artisanal grappa was meticulously made by the Nannoni distillery and refined for an extended period in the French oak barrels previously used for Avvoltore.
Maremma, Tuscany's Southern Coast
Maremma is a vast geographical area of Southern Tuscany comprising about 5,000 square km confined by the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west and Monte Amiata to the East. Characterized by pristine agricultural plots, immense forests, and sun-drenched beaches, in the last 50 years it has become a celebrated wine producing region.
For generations, the Moris family has managed two estates located in the heart of Maremma, thus the name "Morisfarms". The Tuscan seaside known as the Maremma, is the land that gives Morisfarms wines their identifying characteristics.
